We have recently enabled the activity log for the purchase order. Most of the activities (may not be all) are tracked and logged. You can’t delete or edit these log. You can see the activity log at the bottom of the purchase order. PDF and print will ignore this activity log section.

It is easy to attach file in a purchase order. To attach any file (smaller than 1 MB), you simply open the purchase order. On the top of page you can find “Attach File” button.
